- I paid my money and could not download because it said 'The transaction has timed out'. How do I get the book?
After payment is cleared, you should be transferred to a Thank You page from where you can download the book. Occasionally a 'Timed Out' message might appear even though the time taken has been short.
It seems that there can be some vague hiccup in the system while a credit card is being processed through a bank. You should also receive an e-mail which will contain the same download link.

Where will it be?
Files normally download on to the Desktop.
If it is not there, it's likely your computer is set to download files to another location.
You should then do a search on your computer.
The file is called Photoshop_In_A_Day.pdf.zip.
- I double-click on the .zip file and nothing happens.
All PC and recent Mac computers will open a zip file with a double-click.
If this does not happen, there is likely to be something wrong with the computer.
Older Macs with OS 9 will not normally open a zip file
